How to request deletion
- Email translationkeyboard@gmail.com from the email address registered with Lingoboard.
- Use the subject Lingoboard account deletion request.
- Do not send your password, purchase token, payment-card information or message text.
- We may send a verification message to the registered address before deleting the account.
After verifying the request, we aim to complete deletion within 30 days. We will reply if more information is needed or if a legal retention requirement affects part of the request.
What will be deleted
- Your Firebase Authentication account and registered email.
- Lingoboard usage counters, plan and active-installation binding.
- Account entitlement records that are not required for fraud prevention, disputes, accounting, tax or legal compliance.
What is already local or temporary
Lingoboard does not store your translation text or translation results in its account database. Learned suggestions and keyboard preferences are held on your device and can be removed by clearing learned suggestions, clearing app data or uninstalling Lingoboard.
Information that may be retained
Limited purchase, transaction, security or fraud-prevention records may be retained where required by law or necessary to resolve disputes and prevent abuse. These records may include a Firebase UID, hashed purchase token, product and order identifiers, subscription status, renewal state, expiry and verification time. Retained records are restricted to those purposes and removed or anonymized when they are no longer required.
Subscriptions
Deleting a Lingoboard account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play before requesting deletion.
